1. The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the information received by them from each other or that became known to them in the course of fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement, as well as knowledge, experience, know-how and other information, which is specifically stipulated that they are of a confidential nature. The Parties undertake not to disclose or disclose, in general or in particular, such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Party under this Agreement;

2. The requirements do not apply to cases of disclosure of confidential information at the request of authorized bodies in cases provided for by law.
